Clean quiet apartment nice yard only house on the street all tenants have lived in the house for a long time. Their apartments are their homes. Absolutely no issues no disrespect no smoking allowed First absolutely no smoking in the house ever at all. Any violation of smoking policy that person is asked to leave immediately with forfeiture of security deposit required. No issues with any tenants or that person is asked to leave immediately. No pets of any type. No service animals. This apartment has a back deck that is used by property manager for garbage cans and lawnmower storage. The electric is the only utility that tenants have to pay for besides any cable tv internet or other services. Heat water garbage plowing lawn care services are included. Must be friendly kind considerate and courteous with the neighbors in the house across the street. No exceptions violations will be asked to leave immediately with forfeiture of security deposit required. Rent is to be paid by the 5th of each month or a 25 dollar late fee will be applied to that month's rent. The property manager is in charge of the property. The property manager will collect rent in person. No rent will be mailed to the property manager. There is off street parking for each tenant who lives in the house. Any reason the property manager asks a tenant to leave for is acceptable and the tenant must be out in 30 days no matter what. The tenant surrenders their right to go to court for eviction. The tenant will comply with whatever the property manager tells them and gives the tenant in writing.
