House was re shingled in 2011, this summer the trim and foundation were repainted. In 2007 we took out the chimney from roof to basement. In 2015 added more cabinets in the kitchen. In 2014 we enlarged the deck on the back of the house which we stained again this summer. Windows were replaced in 2005 and the siding was done in 1998. There is carpet in the two bedrooms and hardwood floors in the living room, laminate in the bathroom and laminate flooring in the kitchen.
