Not to mention a location 1 block from Seed to Table Market. From the street, the condo is masked in tropical foliage. A white gate, encloses the courtyard entrance. The door opens into a foyer with a tile floor. To the left of the foyer is a bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops and kitchen bar. Directly in front is a large dining room and living room with a spectacular lake view through 118 inch sliding glass doors. The flooring here is luxury hardwood laminate with a botanically inspired area rug topped with and coffee table. A spacious couch is perfectly positioned for viewing a flat screen TV across the room. When it's that time, you'll find yourself conveniently located a short walk to Seed to Table Market which is 75,000 sq. ft. farmer's market-inspired store where you will find fresh produce from local farms, a butcher shop, fish market, 2-story wine section, full-service bakery, several restaurants & food kiosks, ice cream shop, a cafe, juice & smoothie bar, wine bar, large deli, cheese section, sushi bar, large all-organic section, ready-made meals. During the day, if you're thinking of a swim, a heated pool with spacious patio is just steps away. For your convenience and comfort, the "Lake View Only" pool area provides chaise lounges, high-speed internet, bathrooms, and shower. A short two block walk brings you to Carlton Lake's main 60 foot resort pool, spa, community clubhouse, four lighted hydro tennis courts, bocce ball courts and exercise room. If you prefer the beach you can drive 5 miles west ( a straight shot from the condo) to find the Gulf of Mexico and the spectacular Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. Courtyard Condo is located in the gated Carlton Lakes Community with quick access to Livingston Rd, Immokalee Rd, and 1-75. The unit has one assigned covered parking spot and multiple uncovered parking. The property is located at Carlton Lakes. It is fully furnished and available in 30 day increments. First month rent and security deposit are due sixty days in advance to secure the lease. Owner pays for all utilities including electric, water, internet, phone and cable. Maximum overnight guests is four. The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age requirement of 21. Events are not allowed. Small pets are allowed with approval and an additional $500.00 non-refundable deposit. Smoking is not allowed.Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. All rentals are subject to condominium association approval. All reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance of rental start date in order to meet condominium guidelines. There is a $150.00 non- refundable association application fee.
