    "The Sentinel Oak" aka "El Roble Centinela" is a 10 acre property consisting of native trees and plant life of the prairie. This offering is in east Charlotte County just off of SR-74 in the Golden Ranches Subdivision. The property was partially cleared several years ago, but it has not been developed completely. In the land clearing the palmetto was removed...most all trees were left standing. The 10 acres is absolutely one of the "best parcels zoned Agriculture" for sale in the county. The sunrises & sunsets are most scenic here as well as the night time view of the stars & the lights to the southwest at Fort Myers. This property is on the high plain prairie of eastern Charlotte Co.
