There are no stairs inside the house but there are two steps to the front porch and one step from the kitchen out the back door. We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes as long as they are FULLY potty trained and do not have destructive behaviors or bark excessively. Dogs must be kept off the furniture to help keep it clean and fresh. A graveled dog run with six foot high fence wraps around one side of the house. The front/corner yard is covered by natural redwood mulch and is dog friendly while you are present as long as your dog does not eat wood chips or jump over the three foot fence. We'd prefer a maximum of two dogs. (We might consider accepting other types of pets, except cats, so please let us know all animals that would come with you). Utilities included are water, sewer, electricity, natural gas, wireless internet, and weekly curbside pickup of trash, recycling, and organic waste. Owner provides maintenance. Cable TV is not available. Use the apps on the smart TV in the living room to sign in to your own streaming service accounts or plug in your own streaming device. There are security cameras on each side of the house. The house tends to stay cool for most of the day during warm weather. There is a remote-controlled ceiling fan in the living room and portable fans are provided in the bedrooms. Newer furnace and ducts and new Google thermostat heat the house and the living room features a newer electric fireplace. There is ample street parking both in front and to the side of the house. The driveway and detached garage are not part of the rental and are not available for tenant use. The home is convenient to both the 580 and 880 freeways, public transit, and is even walking distance to local shops, eateries, and others stores and services.
