AND A HOT TUB The space: This is a family friendly home, great for infants and toddlers, with lots of toys and areas to play. Adult fun too, with pool table and hot tub and TVs almost everywhere. 4x King beds and two bunks (plus a pull out single mattress)! Cook a meal, or order in and enjoy time around the oversized dining table with seating for 10 easily and maybe 12 with a little squeeze. Or set up a jigsaw puzzle at the separate games table, or enjoy one of the two living room areas. There is a crib in the master, and two pack and plays in the basement. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you can think of needing to make a cake, or a Thanksgiving meal. Main level master with its own bathroom and crib. Ground level has its own living room, with two full bathrooms to service four bedrooms. Three bedrooms with King beds, and one bunk room with two twin beds as bunk bed. One of the King beds has an extra single mattress that can be pulled out for use. Comfortable, cozy, modern and so close to town. In the summer months you can enjoy the ski chair out front, hammock amongst the aspen trees, or the picnic table out back. There are no neighbors on top of you, so you will get the feeling of space and serenity. So many windows with mountain views in all directions. Summertime extras: kids wagon and scooters Wintertime extras: snowshoes and sleds/tubes Please feel free to use snowshoes in the garage and take a hike along the peaks trail or up to rainbow lake. The long and wide driveway has plenty of room for all guests cars, plus on street parking is allowed. Driveway easily fits 6 cars. Driveway is brand new in summer 2024. And a Level 2 EV charger in the garage! Will consider a 6 month winter ski season rental. $2000 additional fee per month to cover water, electric, fast internet, heat, hot tub maintenance and two professional cleans per month.
