This beautiful modern house is one level. No steps needed to go in the house. You have enough free parking spaces for 3 medium-sized SUV on the driveway and 2 more on the street. It is a 4 bedroom house with 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. Bedroom 1 and 2 has a queen bed and a tv in each room. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and work space. The ensuite bathroom has a double sink, a shower and a tub. The 4th bedroom has 2 queen beds with a work space, a large TV, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower combo. Our home is fully furnished with your family in mind. For families with bigger kids, we have a PS5, board games like sorry, uno, candyland, wordle, and outdoor games like bocce and corn hole. For the little kids, we have a pack and play, baby bathtub, high chair, children's books, even kids utensils. We are an autism-friendly home with double locks on all entrance/exit doors for your peace of mind and your kids' safety. For our guests who need accessible bathrooms, we have grab bars in the bathroom (by the toilet and the shower). A shower chair is also available. If you're going to the beach, we have picnic chairs, cooler, picnic mat, umbrella and a wagon to carry all of your stuff. Beach towels are provided too. We have a fenced backyard, an outdoor grill, outside seating, outdoor shower and a brand new swim spa. Only able to rent for 1 month maximum until end of January 2025
