We are in the process of completely remodeling this house. It was stripped down to the studs with new floor joists and new walls and a new roof and new everything making it basically a brand new house throughout. It will have a brand new kitchen, brand new bathroom, brand new family room, new windows, new luxury vinyl floors, and the two bedrooms and closets are all new. It has a new water heater and it also has two new mini split heaters and ac units. We also redid the cement for the driveway and are finishing a very nice 1 car attached garage which will also have a nice walk in closet inside of it. We just put in a new 8' x 10' sheds to use as well and are going to level and clean out the yard. No smoking will be allowed and a pet would require prior approval and would add $50 per month for each pet approved. We estimate the house will be ready to move it sometime between April 15th and May 1st. I would require an application for anyone 18 or over and you can fill that out on Zillow. Tenant pays for all utilities which would be electricity and water and sewage and garbage. I require a one year lease. Absolutely no smoking and any pets have to be approved and add $50 per month to the lease. We expect the house to be ready sometime between April 15 and May 1st.
