This house may not be for you. It's an old house, but a cute house that's walking distance to several cool places.
This house HAD a good track record, until the last tenants; however, we're cleaning up their mess (literally). The wood floors in bedrooms and hall are currently being refinished, so pics are of unfinished floors. Still cleaning up yard, garage, and house.
There is about 931 square feet. Tenant pays electric, gas and water. We cover trash and monthly pest control.
Living room (approx. 15x13) has nice wood laminate floor, decorative fireplace and built-in shelves that can hold "nick-nacks" or whatever series of collectables you own. Replacing window blinds. If you prefer a bigger living room with dirty, dog eaten blinds and functional fireplace- this house isn't for you.
Kitchen has appliances (except garbage disposal), ceramic tile floors and tile countertop. That means there's appliances and grout to clean. It also means you can't drop your weight set on the floor and expect tile to not break. There is a dining bar between kitchen and living room. There were three nice bar chairs; however, last tenants allowed their four cats to use them as scratching posts. We no longer provide the chairs, sorry. We will be replacing the curtains. If you don't like to sweep & mop, clean appliances, clean counters or keep your weights out of the kitchen- this house isn't for you.
The Master Bedroom is approx. 15x13 with decorative fireplace. There's a large walk-in closet with shelves (approx. 6x9). There are also two smaller closets on each side of the fireplace. If you need to sleep by a functional fireplace- this house isn't for you.
Second bedroom is approx. 9x12. It will hold a Queen size bed. Replacing the window blinds. This room doesn't have a closet; however, there is enough room for an armoire or dresser. If you can't live with 3 closets in the Master and only a dresser in the 2nd bedroom- this house isn't for you.
The bathroom is small and basic with sink, toilet and bathtub/shower. If you need a ginormous spa like bathroom with stone counter to dance around in- this house isn't for you.
The laundry room has a washer & dryer already installed. If you prefer packing everything to the laundromat- this house could still be for you, to each their own.
Central A/C with ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. If you prefer to sweat it out- that will save you some money and this house could still be for you.
Semi-circle drive in front, concrete driveway and large detached two car garage. If you prefer parking on the street- this house isn't for you.
The leaves in this yard never stop. They will break both your back and your will to live. Think of the gym money you will save. If you don't like keeping a nice yard- this house isn't for you.
Has a decent size fenced back yard. Unfortunately, last tenants let their dogs turn part of the yard into a mud pit, so- yep- they ruined it for everyone. We love pets, too; however, can't allow them any longer. If you need a pet friendly home- (breaks my heart), this house isn't for you.
