The current roommates are 4 females in their early/mid twenties that attend graduate school but also work in the city (not telework). Cats are allowed but dogs aren't per the Landlord rules. Utilities are split evenly amongst the roomies and usually range from $35-$65. The house is located 9 minute walk to the metro (Deanwood) station and there is plenty of street parking for those that drive. The house has laundry, private yard space, large kitchen, dining space, and living room. The ideal roommate is clean, responsible, and good energy to be around.
