I'm looking for a female roommate to share a beautiful 2 bedroom home with in SW Mpls, just blocks from Lake Harriet. You would have your own spacious bedroom, with a furnished living room and fully equipped kitchen. There's plenty of on-street parking, as well as a space in the garage that I rarely use. I'm a professional in my thirties hoping to find another woman to live with here after my last roommate moved out to live with her boyfriend. We'd have to share a bathroom but it's quite big. Rent is $637 per person a month, and utilities (including WiFi) are usually another $80 to $100 each. The place is available now, and I'm hoping to find a roommate to move asap.
