Third Floor Suite for "commuter rental". For someone who works in Wilmington during the week but has a permanent residence elsewhere. (Some weekend use is acceptable.) The private area is the entire 3rd floor of the house including a landing, two bedrooms and a full bath and large walk in closet. Suite is fully furnished with a double and twin bed. Twin bed can be removed for more room if wanted. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker provided. Shared space includes very well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and 2 porches. Garage parking available for$100/mo No smoking allowed inside. Cats are considered but must be kept in the suite. Occasional guests are fine. Housekeeping for suite can be arranged by professional housecleaner for $50 a visit.
