All lease is 12 months minimal. $35.00 application fee paid upfront (SunTrust Bank Deposit, Cash App, or Paypal) to qualify that goes to an independent company. Pet is by exception and $300.00 pet non-refundable fee. We do accept tenants in good standing with Section 8 and we will work with tenants. No aggressive animal allowed on-premises.
