Big, old house--single dwelling--There is a small room upstairs with a sink in it that was used as a small kitchen in the past. Before my family moved into it thirty years ago, the lady who lived there had someone renting the upstairs from her. Rehab needed. The floor is caving in some in the back downstairs bedroom. The plaster on the ceilings is coming down in some of the rooms. Needs a new roof, paint, wallpaper, needs to update bathrooms.
