Tenant in unit #1 and #2 understand and agree to maintain the landscaping in the back yard within the fenced in area each are responsible for. Tenant in unit #2 understands and agrees to also maintain the area of landscaping along the side of the home (along 5th st.) from Olney Avenue to the back of the property line. Tenant in unit #1 understands and agrees to also maintain the area of landscaping in the front yard from the front of the home to Olney Avenue. If either tenant fail to be respectful with the landscaping in the area the other tenant is responsible for, the tenant at fault will no longer be able to access and use the area the other tenant is responsible for maintaining.
