The bathroom is similar to a jack and jill and is in between the two bedrooms. For this reason I find it more comfortable for a couple or a single person rather than a roommate situation.. There is a front yard and front porch. The back yard is really large and fenced in. There is a nice flagstone patio for entertaining and BBQs. Tenants are responsible for yard and outdoor maintenance. There are 3 parking spaces out back and also a one car garage. There is also a large storage shed in the back yard. Very quiet street with excellent neighbors. I would like to find someone who would rent my home that will treat it like their own, very respectful. No undergrads or partiers. No smoking in the home. Tenant is responsible for all utilities
