Replaced all carpet and hardware throughout the house when we moved in. Painted all walls/trim when we moved in. Replaced carpet with beautiful wide-plank hardwood floors in the basement. Removed a closet in the basement and used the space to add a bar with sink. Added a circle drive in front of the house. In 2014, had plantation shutters installed on all windows in the house, replaced the front door, and added stone to the fireplace.
