It has both front and back access. This is a NON-smoking apartment. All electric (power and hot water). Electricity, water and sewer bills paid by the tenant. Lawn Care and trash service provided. There are washer/dryer hookups in the apartment. Rent is based on single or double occupancy with an increase of $150 for a third party. Minimum one year rental history and one year work history. Application on request from owner. Cats and small dogs (25 lbs. or less) require a $425.00 non-refundable fee and a $25 increase in rent per pet per month (2 pet limit). Large dogs (25-60 lbs.) are accepted with the same fee, but a $50 increase in rent per pet per month. Contract runs through July 31, 2025 and is renewable annually. If life throws you a curve ball and you need to end the lease on any other date, there is a $425 fee (1/2 months rent), and pro-rated rent is due until re-rented. This apartment has a consistent history of being rented within 30 days of availability, but is not guaranteed. Military clause available. Lease may begin on December 23, 2024 or after and runs through July 31, 2025 and is renewable on a yearly basis. Renters insurance is highly encouraged, but not required.
