Property manager would live in private 1 bed, 1 bath 960 sq-ft apartment located on third story of townhome directly above second floor 540 sq-ft short-term rental studio. Starting April 15, 2022. Responsibilities: Manager would be in charge of all bookings, prompt communication with guests, and cleaning (or coordinating cleaning). Manager must complete short-term rental supply shopping (i.e., shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and replacement dishes/linens/towels, etc.) Position includes Costco membership. Manager must address maintenance issues of apartment and studio as they may arise. Manager is required to maintain excellent guest ratings and Super Host status. Apartment Features: Newly renovated kitchen and bath with open living, kitchen, dining floor plan. Large south facing windows and private balcony offer great views of downtown Glenwood Springs and Red Mountain. Property manager would have access to 1 car garage parking and storage. Potential garden area in back of building. Apartment is unfurnished, includes washer, dryer and electric heat pump air conditioning. Manager shares stairwell and garage access with guests. Terms: 15-month lease. $1,850 per month includes trash/recycling, water/sewer, and internet. Manager pays electric for apartment and short-term rental. Sorry no pets allowed. Absolutely no smoking. Manager would earn compensation including cleaning fees, and 15% commission on all stays.
