The living areas of the house are all on one floor. There is a full unfinished basement and full attic for storage. An addition was made in 1962 to expand the size of the kitchen and one bedroom. In 2011 the kitchen was renovated, central air was added, and the entire heating system (furnace and baseboard radiators) was redone. The heating system runs on natural gas. Electrical service was upgraded at the same time and a whole house generator was added that also runs on natural gas.
