This is an older apartment building that we bought planning to refurbish it into a business building, but have decided to keep the business in its current location. This property is in need of a lot of repair. The front two apartments are in farily livable condition but the rear two have had water damage and need the floors replaced. It needs new heating and cooling, and a new roof. For someone who is handy, I would estimate the place could be redone in the $35k range.
