The windows are "low E" rated and help to prevent furniture and other items from fading with the ultraviolet rays of the sun. The top and bottom window sashes are operable for greater air flow and ease of cleaning. All windows have screens. This apartment has a new kitchen and granite top. This is truly a beautiful apartment. Narberth is in the Lower Merion School District , which was voted one of America's 100 Best Communities for Young People. Visit Narberth Borough's website for exciting events that take place year round! The complex consists of four buildings with six apartments in each building; they are all very quiet places to live. The walk to the train station in the center of town takes approximately 10-15 minutes, making it perfect for individuals who work or go to school in the city and surrounding suburbs. You can also drive to the train and park your car for a very reasonable monthly fee. There is also a great downtown area to shop and eat. Heated garages, if available, can be rented for an additional $100 per month. This is a very desirable feature, especially in the winter time! Verizon FIOS has been installed in each apartment and is available for internet and cable television hook up. Capital improvements, such as a brand new driveway, continue to be made in an effort to improve the complex. This complex has one bedroom apartments only; there are no two bedroom apartments.
