The walk to the train station in the center of town takes approximately 10-20 minutes, making it perfect for individuals who work or go to school in the city and surrounding suburbs. You can also drive to the train and park your car for a very reasonable monthly fee. There is also a great downtown area to shop and eat. Heated garages, if available, can be rented for an additional $150 per month. This is a very desirable feature, especially in the winter time! Verizon FIOS has been installed in each apartment and is available for internet and cable television hook up. Capital improvements, such as a brand new driveway and a full repainting of the exterior, continue to be made in an effort to improve the complex. This complex has one bedroom apartments only; there are no two bedroom apartments.
