Double wide with remodeling done in the last 2 years We had it releveled, redid the skirting and replaced it with a good quality well insulated skirting we also replaced the tub in the master bathroom and we took a leaky tub out in the second bathroom and replaced it with a stand in shower It has central heat and air (forced air) We deliberately didn't repaint it (and it needs to be painted) because we felt the new owners would want to choose their own colors The kitchen cabinets could use replacement (they are useable) and the front door screen door is also due for replacement
