We (the owners) reside in this house and have the smaller room (BR #4) available as a month to month rental in new home at Timberlake Reserve in Youngsville, NC. Looking for a clean, non-smoking, quiet, professional individual or grad student. $850 a month with use of the common areas and laundry. $850 security deposit required. No pets (we have allergies), tobacco products or drug use as listed in my month to month renters agreement.. BR #4 is 12 x 14 and furnished with full size bed and cheap dresser if needed. You share the bathroom and cleaning with other tenant. I will request 2 months proof of income. Sorry, no k1d5. This home is NOT kid safe. This is a month to month lease for Bedroom #4 - 14x12ft I settle all disagreements between renters because this is also my home (I live here). Utilities are included but if you take long hot showers, there will be an extra charge. Full access to the kitchen with cookware and dishes for your use. You will be given a cabinets for your food and or personal dishes. Washer and dryer use allowed. Overnight guest allowed with permission only. There are a security cameras outside, one downstairs. No use of garage. No tobacco products or drugs.
