Deck on back of the house and small deck on the back of the shed. Roof is about 12yrs old. Siding and most windows were replaced in 2009. House is carpeted and has hardwood under it that could be refinished. Last house on a dead end street. No central air but there are 2 window units for this house that are more then enough to keep cool in the summer. I am not interested in renting or contract for deed so please don't ask.
