You would share a bathroom with one roommate, and it also has a tub. The third roommate is in the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom. One roommate does have a cat. Location - Green Hills, on Hillsboro Pike. About .5 miles from Trader Joes. Lease comes available in July with some flexibility on move in date. Year-long (or longer) leases only. Utilities are approx $140 a month. Rent is $1050 a month and requires a security deposit of one month's rent. Amenities - The condo has a balcony and a pool that is open during the warm months. The entire condo is furnished with living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture. Located in a beautiful, quiet condo complex. Must pass a background check. I'm the owner, my husband and I would be the landlords. There are no reserved parking spaces, so you are free to park in any open spots and there are always plenty.
