The House: Just about everything in the house has been updated in the last 3 years, however we've kept a few original built-ins to keep the 50's ranch charm. The bathroom has a his/her sink with plenty of storage, shower tub with subway tile. All the bedrooms are good sizes, around 10x11. The main bedroom has a wall to wall closet with tons of storage. Hardwood floors throughout with tile in the bath and kitchen. The open kitchen is a custom build with quartz countertops, small bar and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen layout was specifically designed for someone who likes to cook! The kitchen, dining room and living room create an amazing open space for entertaining. Behind the kitchen is a pantry room with plenty of storage and laundry room with washer & dryer. Bay windows overlook a quiet street with a built-in bench for extra storage. Wood burning fireplace in the living room completes relaxing open space. New windows throughout the house, with many energy efficient upgrades and a smart thermostat keep the house warm in the winter. A new carport keeps your car dry in the rain and the quiet street provides plenty of street parking. There is extra house storage in the attic and in a small storage area in the basement. Landscaping/mowing is included in the cost of the house but if you want to do that yourself I'll credit $100 off rent. The backyard landscaping provides a big relaxing place to hang out. I took the pictures this winter so everyone looks a bit brown but trust me in the spring and summer it is amazing. The backyard is anchored by two large cherry trees that create amazing bloom in the spring and tons of cherries in the summer. The backyard also includes blueberry bushes, an apple tree, a pear tree, raspberries and plenty of beautiful plants. All the plants and lawn are hooked into a wifi enabled smart drip system, no watering needed. A newly built wood pergola has hanging lights, plants and we have a firepit surrounded by wood rounds for hanging out. In the summers we like to put up a hammock between the two cherry trees and work from the backyard. And best of all, all the mowing, weeding and maintenance is handled by someone else! Just sit back and enjoy the relaxing space! The house is located on a quiet street where you'll see more people walking than cars driving by. We are 10 minutes from 42nd street restaurants and bars and 15 minutes from Fremont with even more options. We are 2 blocks from K unamokwst Park which has a small skate park and splash pad in the summer. 12 month or longer lease only. Utilities paid by the renter include water, electrical, gas and trash. Renters insurance required. 1st month rent and security deposit (1 month rent) due for move-in. Small pets (under 25lbs) are welcome with additional pet deposit - $500. Move-in ready by October 1st.
