Built in drawers in the wall, plenty of shelf space where my books are in the pictures. I made my room as part office/part sleeping space with the middle space for couch/mirror/armoire. Bathroom is downstairs and shared with 2 roommates (they shower for about 10 minutes, so I never run into occupancy issues). Usually whenever we want to move out, we find a person to replace us and sign the new lease. No smoking inside the house.
