We have a glorious and magical giant back yard with three other houses, and while it is by no means a requirement, we have loved having tenants who are excited to join in for potlucks, gardening, music-making and general merriment with our sweet little neighboryard community. Most recent tenants use the second bedroom as a living room though in the past both have been used as bedrooms and main common room was used as both kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer in the basement. Quick walk to the trolley at 50th and Baltimore as well as a bunch of great restaurants. Owner pays for water, renter responsible for gas and electric. Potential to share wifi with other tenants if desired. Honor system tracking used for shared washer and dryer because they are not coin operated.
