Private room with a big closet! Shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen featuring a very cute little sitting/eating nook! I'm looking to sublet my room, which is located inside the downstairs area of a very lovely house that is a relatively short walk to downtown Ithaca and the commons. The rent is $715 a month plus utilities and internet, which usually accumulates to around or under $800 per month. I have had no problems with the management company that owns this house; they have always been very responsive and kind. Your roommates would be two intelligent and compassionate women in their early 20s, who are both very good at staying in their own spaces and not disturbing anyone, but who are also very friendly and willing to spend time with others. There is in unit laundry located in the basement and a private back entrance that connects to the kitchen. There is one driveway parking space, but also many places to park on the street for free just outside the house, if you have a car that is. Since this is a house, you would have two upstairs neighbors who are both very pleasant and kind and who are also very good at keeping to themselves for the most part.
