Laundry: There is a small washer and dryer in the closet but the building also offers full size washer and dryer which takes quarters. NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure. Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home. Sound: No amplified sound is permitted Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever Garbage: Please place the garbage in the gray wooden bins locates to the left of the stairs if you are facing the building. it is right infront of the the parking spot 106. Linen: Every two weeks we can change your towels and bed sheets. If you need clean towels before the two weeks, please let us know! this is complementary Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 pet per stay ). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. No parties or events allowed One reserved parking spot For stays longer than 30 days, a **mid-stay cleaning** is required for an additional fee to maintain the property's excellent condition.
