Everything OB has to offer is within easy walking distance charming cafes, local farmer's markets, vibrant shops, and, of course, the beach. Whether you're working remotely, taking a creative sabbatical, or just soaking up the coastal lifestyle, this cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and location for a 1 3 month stay. We live close by and are available whenever assistance is required. Utilities and internet are included. Renter pays a monthly $120 cleaning fee by a professional cleaner provided by the landlord and a final cleaning fee. Max lease duration 3 months. No smoking anywhere on the property Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am Parking in the designated parking bay only. Tenants should place garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins. Laundry hours - last load at 8 pm first load 7 am Tenants are responsible for cleaning the BBQ and utensils after use
