The home includes a front and backyard with patio and firepit as well as central air and heating. Everything you need for backyard entertaining is included, including a grill, yard games, firepit, etc. Our neighborhood is bisected by a lovely foot/bike path which runs the length of College Park, and our neighborhood park, which has tennis and basketball courts, plenty of grass, a pavillion with grills, and a recently built playground.
