The room is spacious, comfortable, and move-in ready, complete with a bed, desk, and closet space. You'll have your own private bathroom. The apartment features shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a backyard. High-speed internet, all utilities, and 1 car parking spot are included in the rent. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available on-site. Our home is located in a safe neighborhood, not far from the train station, making commuting easy. Winchester is a vibrant and friendly town with plenty to offer. You'll be sharing the apartment with a welcoming mom, her two children (ages 11 and 6), and our cat.
