It provides two large living room areas for you to relax by the fireplace or in a comfy reading nook, a massive kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook the perfect meal, 3 cozy bedrooms each with full size beds, dressers, nights stands, and dedicated closet space, in house laundry, and both a front and back porch to get some fresh air in warmer months. Additionally, the house is fully equipped with central air and heating, a brand new security system for safety, is Google enabled, and has unlimited WiFi that is lightning fast. 1. Rent is due in full on the 1st of each month with a three day grace period. 2. Utilities will be split evenly among all tenants. 3. A security deposit of $2,400 is required to secure the rental, and the deposit is to be returned to tenant upon moving out provided tenant has not damaged property in any way, and tenant has fulfilled terms of their lease agreement. 4. In the event that tenant does damage the property, it is the tenant's responsibility to notify landlord of damages so that proper repairs can be made. Failing to do this can result in the loss of the security deposit in its entirety. 5. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the landlord. 6. There is no smoking or drug use inside the house. 7. Guests are allowed, but extended stays by any persons not on the lease agreement is prohibited.
