We're renting our 2-story, 1-bedroom apartment, attached to the back of our house. The front door to the apartment faces Madison Street, giving it the feel of a townhouse. It also has a balcony facing the street from the second floor den. Included in the unit are a stackable washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a gas stove. The renter pays for their electricity, gas, and cable/wifi. We pay the water and garbage.The 1000-sf apartment is heated with a gas-powered radiator. It is cooled with window AC units. We share the small yard that is adjacent to the apartment. We're a short walk from Brandywine Park, and about a mile from downtown Wilmington. The neighborhood is diverse and dynamic, and includes two coffeeshops (Troisieme and Scout) that are each a short walk from the apartment. To move in, we'll need the first month's rent and a damage deposit Owners pay for water. No smoking allowed. Security deposit due at signing.
