Built in 1963. Has two bedrooms main floor, two full baths, one main floor, one in basement. Has baseboard water pipe heat in basement and main floor. New roof shingles 2011 2017 new double pane windows installed. 2018 remodeled main floor except bedrooms. Additional lighting in the smaller bedroom because we use it as a craft room and office. New kitchen cabinets, gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Also new washer & dryer on main floor. Heated floor in main bath and in 2022 installed walk-in shower. Since it was put in we have had a yearly maintenance on the sump pump, battery, dehumidifier and tile system. As long as no parts or labor are needed the maintenance is 149 each yearly visit. They do a thorough job making sure that the pumps are running smoothly, battery is working no flaws in the tile system and dehumidifier is working properly. There is a shed on the back patio. All appliances will be staying.
