The site charges a $55 fee per adult they allow people to submit their application to other landlords at no additional charge for up to 30 days (please confirm this info at Avail). STEP 3 SEE THE HOUSE: If your application meets the rental requirements, we'll set up a private showing for you to see the home. STEP 4 PUT YOUR NAME ON IT: Ready to commit? Put down a Holding Deposit. That will hold it for you while we work on the Lease Agreement and you get ready to make it your home.
