    SALE PENDING.....This very private 4.75 acre lot is located at about the 2,900 foot elevation. It has an extremely good 30 gpm well with a newer pump and it also has an established electrical service. If you are looking for privacy and want a little higher elevation, this might be the one.This property has some nice features. There is a nice seasonal creek that flows through the property and down along the road frontage. The area is very overgrown but there is some nice land down along the creek. This area is a very good water area which is documented by the well. A drive has been cut in with a crossing over the creek to the first of two pads. The pad is quite large with a 20x30 enclosed barn/shop. Also included is a weather tight travel trailer. The driveway extends on up the mountain to the back of the property where there is another large building pad that has a nice view overlooking the valley.Any negatives- A couple... the location at 2,900 feet means you will get some occasional snows in winter with 4-6 inches not being uncommon. Much of the land has a fairly dense coverage of trees and it doesn't have a great deal of additional useable land other than the pad areas. Still, that is plenty for just about all of the uses that most people have in mind.The real key here is the privacy. This is a totally secluded property. It is one of the few we have that already has a well and this one has electricity as well. That's a real plus. Finally, the owner is willing to carry paper for a qualified buyer.
