Large living room and dining room upstairs with a sunroom connected to the 2nd level deck, downstairs living room, and 1st floor kitchen opening out to a backyard perfect for barbecues. House has Ring cameras in the front and back for security which all housemates can access. North Bethesda Metro is close enough for walking or biking, or a nearby Metro bus stop on Randolph Road. The house is close to Rock Creek park and the backyard opens up to a communal garden and baseball fields. House is perfect for the drive to NIH or any greater Rockville location. Utilities are not included in the rent, but are divided by all tenants. Depending on the time of year, estimated $50-100 per month.
