Important information: we are planning on replacing all the windows in all the units in the near future. Access into the unit,at that time, will be necessary. It offers a single car carport and TWO separate entrances into the unit. One from the carport and the other on the opposite side of the unit, which leads you directly into the kitchen. ATTENTION: There is a brick fireplace in the unit. Because of this, you may be required to provide proof of rental insurance. We will discuss that further with the prospective renter. This neighborhood offers safety and security in which everyone looks out for everyone. The unit was built in the early 60's. We chose to keep some of the original character in the unit, specifically in the bathroom. Pink sink, pink porcelain tub and vintage counter top. The kitchen counters are original as well. That's it.
