Hi this is a recently renovated house very close to UMKC and Rockhurst University. The neighborhood is very quiet and it will include a Washer & Dryer in basement along with a refrigerator and dish washer. Whole house is up to lease. There are two bedrooms on the main floor with a full bathroom and then a third bathroom on the upstairs portion with it's own half bathroom. I will provide internet for you! I will pay for the Wi-Fi and you will pay for the water and electricity and lawn care. January will be a prorated amount for half the month. Deposit will be $1800 and first months rent (January pro-rated if starting on the 15th.)
