Our house was built in 1894 (documentation available) not 1920. Tax records were reset for some reason. It has been extensively restored and is known to be historic - see for example record BA-2383 in the Maryland State Archives. Restoration has included a completely gutted and rebuilt kitchen, as well as equally complete remodeling of the two bathrooms. The roof was returned to historic cedar shake. It's been written up in the Baltimore Sun newspaper and mentioned in "This Old House" magazine. (None of this can be reflected in the Zillow estimate, which is based entirely on age, size, and neighborhood.)
