The house has an airy and well lit eat in kitchen, family room w/electric fireplace, office space right next to family room, large Great room w/electric fireplace, CH (gas heat), skylight in second bedroom, off-street parking for 2 to 3 cars, huge back yard with covered patio directly off the Great room with fire pit, large gazebo and shed for extra storage of bikes/beach/hiking/water toys and a mostly fenced in yard. appliances: gas stove, fridge, chest freezer, washer and dryer. Monthly resort fees (currently $200/month, but not guaranteed to be continued at that fee schedule) and normal utilities (TV, Internet, Electric, Gas, etc) are extra, but are extremely low compared to what you get. There is an additional initial resort membership fee based on negotiated purchase price. Resort wide Wi-Fi is available if purchased from the Resort Internet carrier. Cable TV, Wi-Fi (and coffee) is often available in the adult clubhouse. Beachwood Resort is a private membership resort located right on beautiful Birch Bay State Park near the Canadian border where the fun never ends and you can always find all the amenities you need! The Resort amenities include: 24/7 manned Security Gate and roaming patrols, full service restrooms with showers, laundry facilities, and a mini-mart. Along with 4 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, 2 hot-tubs and a spa, as well as 2 clubhouses (1 for just the adults and 1 for the kids). Numerous bike trails criss-cross the park, perfect for the kids and grand-kids to unleash some energy on. Take your dog off their leash in our gated dog run, or just relax and listen to music during one of our great summer events. This 80 acres of all season recreational fun is located 2 hours north of Seattle and 1 hour south of Vancouver right next to the northern Puget Sound, within walking distance of the shops and attractions of the scenic community of Birch Bay. Stop by the C-shop for some Ice-Cream and treats, or make your way to "The Beach at Birch Bay" for a nice cocktail after a long day on the boardwalk. You can even take the kids for a fun afternoon at the famous Birch Bay Water slides for some never ending entertainment.
