I have a mobile home that I need to sale asap. must be approved for the park before buying. it needs a little work done around the yard. We were in the process of trying to do the yard when personal problems came up so much didn't get done. its a 1 bedroom, has a office/ little bedroom. big size living room. all wood panels and cabinets throughout the house. handicap accessible bathroom and shower. washer dryer hookup but for stackable only. front porch. ac / heater.
