To apply for one of our new cottage homes, you will need to fill out our application paperwork and pay our $50 application fee (per person over the age of 18) and a $200 administrative fee. Once your application has been approved, you will have a $500 reservation fee that will be applied to your first month's balance. Once approved, you will receive a packet of information on how to set up your utilities, and your lease to review and sign. We do offer 6-15 month lease options as well as lease renewal options at the end of your lease. Another cost to the resident will be $55/month of high-speed internet. If you wish to have cable, the Leasing Office will provide you with information on obtaining cable through our internet provider. We do allow pets, please contact the Leasing Office for more information.
