There is a laundry room with a sink, counter, washer and dryer attached to the smallest bedroom. From the great room and master bedroom, guests can access a large covered patio to enjoy outside dining or a fire with incredible panoramic views of the mountains and its wildlife residents. Beyond the porch is a large lawn and pathway to our waterfall studded pond. Excellent wireless Internet service and online streamed Netflix movies are also available to guests on two large flat screened television sets (1 in master bedroom and 1 in great room). In addition to rent, tenant will pay for electricity use (about $75/month) and propane use for heating. No pets or smoking in or around this property. Ample parking in front of house.
