The historic building was once the Latimer Middle School designed by German-born Pittsburgh architect, Frederick C. Sauer. Built in 1898, the historic landmark is a yellow, four story building with a variety of different style windows. On the fourth floor, south-facing apartments, you'll get the most stunning views of downtown Pittsburgh. Right behind the School House sits the Allegheny General Hospital, and to the west is a handful of parks and the National Aviary. We sit 1.2 miles from PNC Park and the Andy Warhol Museum, and 1.6 miles from Acrisure Stadium. There are a number of amazing local restaurants and small owned businesses that are walkable distance from the School House too. With 77 total units and 55 different floor plans we are sure to have something that you will love. We have studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom layouts available.
