Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four. The screen porch area is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or tea. A workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. There is ample on-site parking next to the building. The property is dog-friendly with a registration cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If a dog is not registered, a charge of $120 per dog applies. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and additional fees may apply for hair, stains, damage, or waste. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n' play and/or highchair can be requested with at least 24-hour advance notice.
